Here's another quick make; for my sister this time to thank her for a lovely weekend! I asked her to take some of my cards away with her, as I have far too many, and she really liked this one so I wanted to make something similar for her. I then saw this post by Joyce and decided that layout was perfect! And it gave me an opportunity to ink up one of my gorgeous V & A stamps.
A custom insert to match the front... and it's in the post :)
Entered for Allsorts Challenge and Crafters Companion - Anything Goes challenges.
Thanks for stopping by :)
Absolutly gorgeous. Love that stamp. I am sure your sister will be delighted with it
ReplyDeleteVery pretty card May and I love the inside too.
ReplyDeleteI have been going through some of my older e-mails and spotted your question to me about how I keep my tags from curling up. I have two secrets - one is that if they start to curl during making I iron them! Another is that I have discovered that Porridge Oats and Bakers doggie food come in fabulous boxes that take in beautifully and they are firm. I have the Tim Holtz tag die so I cut my own! There, you have my secrets but don't tell everyone!! LOL!
Great idea love the layout and love anything on Kraft at the minute too!
ReplyDeleteThanks for joining us this week at Allsorts

ReplyDeleteI have a little blog award for you on my blog - if you accepted it I would be really happy :)
Take care xx
Hi there! Thanks for your lovely blog comment... the script stamp I use *all the time lol* is from Letters To Santa which is a Tim Holtz Collection set from Stampers Anon... hope that helps! There's also a mini version of it on one of his "mini's" sheets but can't remember which one it is... hope that helps... BTW. love the card... the insert just makes it finished beautifully... happy stamping x
ReplyDeleteThis is a great layout and your bold flower image looks really effective stamped in different positions on each block. Thank you so much for your lovely comments on my blog! Vicky x
